Steve Byers

Steve graduated with a BS from the University of California Berkley in 1970.  He is currently CEO and Owner of Cascade Rubber Products, Inc.  He has 33 years experience in the rubber industry, and uses his knowledge and experience working with customers and employees to product quality rubber products for various applications and industries.

 

Joe Bafford

Joe joined Cascade Rubber Products in 1996 as Financial Controller and Vice President of Finance. Joe has 25 years of financial and accounting experience. Joe has effectively managed the financial side of Cascade Rubber products over the past 13 years and has been a key member of the team as we have grown our business and revenue over the same period.

 

Katherine Anderson

Katherine joined Cascade Rubber Products in 1994 as a Senior Executive Assistant.  Her role also includes the management of some of our key customer accounts.

 

 

Kisa Holden

Kisa joined Cascade Rubber Products in 2000 as an Admininstration Assistant.  Additionally, Kisa has taken on the management of our purchasing activity, inside sales and inventory control.  Her role also includes the management of some of our key customer accounts.

 

Ed Dixon

Ed joined Cascade Rubber Products in 1980.  He has almost 50 years experience in the rubber industry, starting at Huntington Rubber in 1961.  He has been the rubber preparation supervisor for many years and now is in charge of corporate quality.

 

Clyde Thrasher

Clyde joined Cascade Rubber Products in 1981.  He is the Manufacturing Manager and oversees prototype projects for many customers.  He has also worked with a number of customers to ensure the design of their product is optimized for the manufacturing process.  As Manufacturing Manager, Clyde is also responsible for daily implementation of quality control procedures.
